Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about documentation and credential evaluation for RGUHS graduates. We are an independent resource — the university issues all official documents.
About this website
No. This is an independent documentation-assistance resource for RGUHS graduates. We are not the university and are not affiliated with it. Official academic documents are issued only by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
Transcripts
A transcript is a consolidated official record of the subjects you studied and the marks you earned across your programme. It is the document most commonly requested for credential evaluation, licensing and study abroad.
Verification
Verification is when an outside body — an employer, regulator or verification company — confirms your qualification directly with the university, often through a primary-source verification (PSV) request.
Credential evaluation
An Educational Credential Assessment compares your qualification to another country's education system. It is commonly required for immigration and licensing. The evaluator sets its own rules and fees.
Other documents
When a new institution you are joining specifically asks for one to support your transfer. Confirm from your admission letter before requesting it.
Getting it right
Inconsistent details across documents, sending the wrong document type, applying to the wrong evaluator, and starting too late. Confirming requirements up front prevents most of these.
Not sure which document you actually need?
Start with the guides, or reach out and describe your situation. We will help you understand the process — the university remains the issuing authority for all official documents.
